Important: Please ensure that the security label on the back of your card is intact and not damaged. If the card code, such as "TOK0-1234-ABCD-5678-EFGH-90JK," is visible, do not use or register the card as it may already be claimed or tampered with. You should get a new card or reach out to the person or brand you obtained the card from.

You can find your Tokiphy Card Code below the black security label. To reveal the full card code, use a coin or your fingernails to scratch away the black label until it is completely gone.

The card code's format is as follows: TOK0-1234-ABCD-5678-EFGH-90JK

Please note that the images shown are only engineering samples and the final production product may have a different design. Besides the card code, you'll also find the card serial number, further details, and a QR code containing the public blockchain address. This QR code can be scanned from a wallet such as metamask and may serve as a destination address if you wish to transfer NFT tokens to the card's default wallet.

Before transferring any NFT tokens to your card, make sure to claim the card's default wallet to ensure that you have complete access to the card's wallet and can transfer its tokens to your custom wallet.

To claim a card on Tokiphy.io, go to the website and click on the "Claim Card" menu.

To access the user area, follow these steps:

  1. Enter your card code.

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Click on the button.

  4. Check your email for a confirmation link and click it.

  5. Check your email again and access the user area from the second email.

To confirm your account, please fill out the fields above with your email address and card code. Then click the confirmation button. You will receive a confirmation email with a link within a few seconds.

Please click on the "CONFIRM NOW" button in the email that was sent to you. Afterward, you will get a final confirmation email with a new link to access the user area of Tokiphy Portal.

To access the user area on the Tokiphy Portal, please click on "ACCESS USER AREA" and save the second email containing the access link for future use. It is important to always use the link in that email to access the user area.

We do not require any extra password setup during the registration process.

Furthermore, if you click on the user area link provided in the second email to access the Tokiphy Portal, you will be automatically logged in. Please note that this will only work if you access the user area from the same device and browser.

To access the Tokiphy Portal from another device or web browser, please use the same link provided in your second email.

If you log off or delete the email containing the user area access link, you will not be able to access it. However, you can still receive another email with the access link by entering the card code and the email you used when you first claimed your card.

To perform this action, you must use the email address that was used during the initial registration of the Tokiphy Card.

It is not possible to modify the email address that is now associated with the card.

You can add a secondary recovery email address and phone number in the user area in case you lose access to the primary ones. We will also be adding a wallet connect feature for the login process in the near future.

If you don't get the initial confirmation email after entering the card code for the first time, please verify your data and attempt again. We won't notify you if the code you entered is incorrect.

Until you confirm the first card code claim, you have the option to use a different email address in case the email you previously entered was incorrect or incomplete.

After your card claim is confirmed for the first time, the email address linked to your card cannot be changed anymore.

It is highly recommended that you add a recovery email address when accessing the user area for the first time.

Occasionally, the link to access the user area may expire, preventing you from logging in. You will receive a notification message if this occurs. To get a new access link, return to the claim page and enter your card code and the same email address you used during your initial registration. We will promptly send you a new access link.

Multiple cards

To add multiple cards to your account, simply repeat the same procedure. Ensure you use the same email address used for previous cards. This will allow you to effortlessly switch between the cards from the user menu.
