# Register your chip

**Important:** Please ensure that the security label on the back of your chip is intact and not damaged. If the chip code, such as "TOK0-1234-ABCD-5678-EFGH-90JK," is visible, do not use or register the chip as it may already be claimed or tampered with. You should get a new chip or reach out to the person or brand you obtained the chip from.
